Former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of First Philec Solar Corporation (FPSC)
With 35+ years of experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, and Solar Industries, Mr. Sinocruz has
held crucial Management and Executive Positions (29/35 years of experience) in Engineering, Quality,
Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.
Mr. Sinocruz’s expertise includes Integrated Circuit Packaging Assembly, Flexible Printed Circuit Board Assembly,
a Flip Chip on Flex and Surface Mount Technology, Silicon Ingot/Wafer Slicing, and designing a
Solar Photo-Voltaic (PV) System.

Mr. Perlas started his career as a Process Engineer for SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Limited,
where his passion and vision for a solar-powered community started. He is the founder of Solarized Incorporated.
Mr. Perlas’ expertise is Engineering, Operations, System Design, Sales & Marketing.
